Thailand

After Hong Kong we headed off to Thailand.  Hong Kong was chuck full of day to day activities with not much down time.  We landed in Thailand very tired.  It was the perfect place to be to relax!  We had our own private bungalow with our own pool, with a view of the beach.  We both had massages thai style!  Elephant rides are a common thing there and a must do.  Here are a few pictures of us with the elephants.

Here Norm is doing a cooking class making a Thai salad.  Now he can do dinner when we get home!

We were also able to go for a 4-wheeler ride.  Bonnie rolled hers and I  had to go rescue her.  I forgot to take a picture of the accident, was to concerned to take a picture.  She was fine just a few bruises.   We also saw thai kick boxing!  Norm took those young boys out!

The float behind Norm holds a Buddah monk who flips water at you as you walk by, hopefully blessing you.  In return you are supposed to put money in the kettle as thanks.  These floats are all over the city.
